Default Places to build?

Looking to build either a house or some kind of warehouse (or maybe both) north or east of denver but not in the mountains (snow roads for winter don't sound fun) and maybe not in the south cause headed to castle rock you go through mountains.

Looking for something preferably about 30 minutes to denver and hopefully with a large plot of land.. in addition possibly able to start up new constructions buildings/warehouses fairly reasonable to no problems with the city.. anyone have some suggestions let me know..

i would sugest either north, northeast or south. Zoning will give the biggest clue where something might fit.
