Default Brighton?

Anything I should know?

After living in denver 10 years.. thinking of heading that way because in theory it's a up and coming superb..

My initial view is it's a mix of poor and few middle class area probably going to have a expansion over the next 10-20 years.

It also looks like a okay place to build though tap fee is about $9k.. anywhere else to consider as a affordable tap?
