What a joke. Do these states ever want to be taken seriously? I am going to boycott them.

"In a news conference Thursday, Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning said marijuana from Colorado is turning up in Nebraska, resulting in an increase in marijuana-related arrests on his state's western border.

"Nebraska taxpayers have to bear the cost," Bruning said, in comments reported by the Omaha World-Herald. "We can't afford to divert resources to deal with Colorado's problem."

How about you try NOT ARRESTING PEOPLE FOR MARIJUANA, THEN THERE WOULDN'T BE SO MANY MARIJUANA RELATED ARRESTS!!!!!! YOU are creating the burden for your own taxpayers. It's simple.

Maybe those yahoos also should sue the Mexican / Columbia drug cartels for the huge costs associated with the human misery that cocaine, meth, heroin, et al, are costing them in both legal / prison matters as well as the health care and social spending costs.....maybe they'll go after the alcohol and tobacco lobbies too....

No and I do not travel there as those states have noting to see so my boycott is symbolic.

So all the marijuana entering Oklahoma and Nebraska is coming from Colorado? And they can prove that in the lawsuit? I'm no lawyer but it seems like a load of hooey to me. They're complaining about the rising costs of prosecuting marijuana related offences by spending money on a lawsuit against Colorado? What a bunch of petty nonsense.

Ironically, conservative states used to believe strongly in states rights.

Lake McConaughy has been the site of many alcohol-related incidents created by Colorado inhabitants for years and that "industry" has earned Nebraska more money than they'll ever lose over the Colorado weed industry ... so I call it a wash.
