I would like to create a post that shows *What were leaving behind for Colorado* Your best pic’s of your town…..

Post 3-6 pictures of your hometown and give us a brief description on why you’re leaving….
These can be random pictures, there is no right or wrong picture as long as there is light and we can see them......Then your ok…..
**Example**
If you live in a large city or even a hole in the wall just give us a show and tell session and thats it! there is no right or wrong here.. Just pictures....

**Disclaimer**
For those that wonder why am I posting this on the Colorado forum, well because this is the only way that were going to be able to see pictures of why us transplants want to leave X state….
I know for sure that I am not going to go look for pictures of California or North Carolina just so I can get an idea of why its so bad.
----------------------------------------

Current City = Chicago IL
I want to leave because its flat, no mountains, summers are brutal here mosquito’s will KILL you… It’s bad here
I moved up here back in the summer of 2005 and really have never gotten used to this place... I have lived in NYC and let me tell you Chicago is not the same... These are pictures of downtown Chicago this is whats etched in everyones mind... I will post this weekend with some pictures of the town where i currently live. This will give you a better Idea of how things are over here....

Thanks,
JCFLIGHTS

Onthemove,
OMG i spend way too much time on here too! I am addicted to this Forum also.... I cannot wait to move... the only thing that is stopping me is the wife! i am trying to convince her to move but she is putting up a battle.. Funny thing is she used to live there back in 1999-2000 and she loved it there... I dont think i can make it past 2008 without getting my Colorado FIX...

Phoenix, AZ - a.k.a. Valley of Death...Funny thing is, this is considered a "pretty clear day". Hmmmm? I guess it is, if you can almost see the highrise structures in the background.

LOL! L.A.! Went over there a couple of years ago to participate as a possible contestant in The Price is Right. Swore.....Swore never to return...never! Not even to attend the vintage car swap in Pomona. Now my dear, sweet wife suckered me into a cruise from.....yup! You guessed it....Long Beach! Pray for me! LOL!

OK,

OK, here's the city I moved to Denver from - Orange, CA. It does have a very quaint downtown, and it's preserved to keep it that way because Hollywood does a lot of filming here. I still love this city, even though I left for many good reasons. The best thing was, these pics were all taken in February. I find winter more tolerable when it looks like this!
