Hey, I'm from there, too, sammy87! What part of the Pittsburgh area are you from? I'm from Beaver Falls. I agree with what you posted.

In case you seriously can't figure it out.....

I have a news flash for you: You don't own the definition of Colorado.

The notion that Denver is any less part of Colorado than any other place in the state is ridiculous.

Denver is not Colorado, but neither is Mancos. Neither is Aspen or Durango or Grand Junction or Ft. Morgan or the national parks or the river or the mountains. They are all parts of Colorado.

I also love that you think a job in Denver is "easy street". Many People like living in a city. My family moved here in the 1800s. I have a deep appreciation for the history of Colorado, but am equally excited by the future.

Ha, I'm sorry that you dislike your state capital so much that you want to disown it. I've driven through Mancos dozens of times. I don't think I would want to live there, but I would never say it wasn't part of Colorado.

Got to see Sanford and Ignacio win the 2A boys State Basketball Championship and 3rd place respectively, at Massari Arena in Pueblo last weekend.

Ignacio probably plays Mancos, right?

Yeah they lost to Ignacio 3 times this season,I am from Ignacio lived on the rez for 25 years my oldest daughter graduated there in 2000 the break the chain class. They used to run from Ignacio to Denver in a relay to break the chain against drugs and were always treated with love in Denver,a place to stay free day at a place called Eliches ? anyway Eddie Box the Ute Chairman organized it.Mancos is a small school maybe way smaller than Ignacio so we usually play much smaller schools

Ignacio beat my team Rye by 5 or 6. Good game but the Bobcats have been to State about 3 of the last 4 seasons or so.

Been sober 11+ myself now.

Wonder if your daughter has ever heard of Don Coyhis, White Bison Wellbriety.

They had a huge house in CO compared to CA, but they found they could not enjoy the outdoors like you can in coastal CA.

300 days of sun... but what they don't tell you is that many of those days are windy, cold, and bone dry.

Coastal SoCal has 300 days of usable, very comfortable sunshine, with a perfect blend of humidity and temperature. Like no other place on Earth.

Colorado is great, but I've found it to be a bit overrated. Nice to be sure, but there is more to life than a giant house set out on a freezing plain.
I'm from CO. I love my CO but had to move to CA. It can be 40 below zero without a cloud in the sky. That to me doesn't count as sunshine.
