Default moving to Colorado
My husband will be transferred to CO from Cols, OH. We will be moving in the summer. Specifically, he will be working in Westminster. We have 2 children, ages 8 and 6. We prefer older homes, walkable communities and great/highly rated schools are a must! What areas do you recommend?

A lot of houses are available in that range. I just moved here and got a great house for 250K.

The area is great for children. There are a lot of activities.

My family is very happy!

Several suggestions are Cotton Creek Elementary and two nice neighborhood suggestions are Stratford Lakes and Legacy Ridge. Good luck!
