I'm a 27 years old female who's been living in Vail for almost 4 years.
I come from Chicago, and I prefer the small town to the big city. Only thing I miss is the variety of food you find in the city. There are girls here year round, but I find more so in the winter. There are a lot of workers on visas and a lot more tourist, so more ladies. I prefer the night life of the off season. I like walking into bars and seeing most people I know. My friends out here have become my second family, and I spend my holidays with them. I work in hospitality, and the only time I can really take vacations is in May, and Sept/Oct, that's when it's really slow. The cost of living isn't any much different to me than it was in Chicago. I don't miss traffic, or long commutes to work. Housing has been pretty tough this winter because of all the construction work. This summer, most of the projects will be done, so it shouldn't be an issue. |

No way around it.... Raleigh has WAY.............. more women than Breck or Vail and there's a huge difference in personalities as well.
BTW, you're the first person I've ever heard take responsibility in finding potential dates for your employees. Sounds almost as though you're asking for yourself? Take it from me, there are no women in Breck or Vail. |
