Pueblo is getting some snow. Looked like we were only gonna get rain. Seems that the rain accumulates more moisture overall anyway, but the weather people don't want to talk about the boring rain accumulation.

Been snowing in the area of I-25 Exit 151 of Colorado Springs since last night. I've six inches of snow on the deck but since it is above freezing there's nothing but water on the roads here.

Pueblo has a nice snow storm today. I would say 5-10 inches in the city and of course more in the suburbs southwest of town. Now since the ground is so warm there was only a few inches that stuck.

Here are a few fun pictures.

Looks like this event is about over up here... (near Nederland). We've got a foot of heavy wet snow, thankfully less than the 18" originally predicted. I don't even mind the snow, it's the cold and upslope conditions that gets to me. It's been below freezing for 4 days. Really looking forward to seeing the sun again!

Got our May snowstorm in Louisville. Well, not really a storm, just maybe an inch or so on the grass. Maybe we're done?

It ain't over 'til Mother's Day. You know that! (One forecast shows next Sunday as rain, high in the 50s, low in the 30s. By Saturday, we'll be under a winter storm warning)

Aaack! Don't forget the Denver Botanic Gardens plant sale Friday-Saturday. We're now retired, so we're going Friday. I guess we'll have to keep the plants inside for a while. It got down to 31 in my yard last night.
