I am wondering if the marijuana from shops is as good as field grown in the sunlight. I know with tobacco plants that the top leaves that get the most sun are the most flavorable while the leaves at the bottom of the plant that don't get much sunlight don't have much flavor and are used mainly for combustibility. But I am wondering if lab grown marijuana is different in any ways than field grown. I don't know if this is correct or not but someone said that lab grown marijuana causes a persons tolerance to THC to increase so after awhile what took a little amount to get high takes a lot more after awhile. I think that is what the person was trying to say. Any opinions?

properly grown indoor bud = excellent quality

properly grown outdoor bud = ok quality

using most any substance regularly will cause one's tolerance to elevate - same as alcohol, pain meds, caffeine, etc.....

Growing in a climate controlled indoor facility will produce a better product which is untainted by outside influences and has the ability to keep the strains pure.

As above, more usage = more tolerance, nothing to do with growing conditions.

The responses you are getting are people that value THC % more than anything.

Cannabis was and will always be a spiritual messenger of information for your temple. There is nothing that can compare to natural sunlight in terms of the genetic light codes transferred to plant material and then onto you.

Some might argue that chemtrails and outdoor pollutants affect the purity of the cannabis grown. I don't find this to be a factor. I believe that the airborne exposure to the plant translates into an immunization response your body goes through--much like consuming raw honey.

To each their own. These are my opinions. I personally don't like the franken-weed that is being produced indoors these days. It's akin to people that say that can't get drunk unless its a fifth of vodka so they they downplay the experience of enjoying a nice IPA buzz.

Spiritual messenger? Tell me, does the weed talk to you?

Many shops use outdoor greenhouses and supplement with extra lighting during the short winter light cycles, so not all retail and medical stores grow strictly indoors. That being said, quality depends on the grower. Not only the skill in growing but how much time and care they put in to the drying and curing process. A great grower can grow an equally excellent product in either setting. If any aspect effects the end product, I would say the medium, i.e.. soil grown vs soil-less vs hydro, has more effect than lighting.

As mentioned tolerance depends on usage and how your body reacts. My tolerance hasn't gone up at all since moving here, I smoke the same amount I have for years. The only time I have heard anyone complain about tolerance sky rocketing has been from people who used large amounts of concentrates.
