Aurora is mostly covered by 2 districts. Aurora Public Schools are not very good, but Cherry Creek Schools are among the best in the Denver Metro Area.

OP - I see you inquired about possibly moving to Dallas-Fort Worth and asked about outdoor activities there. If outdoorsiness is high on your list of wants you'll be sorely disappointed with DFW. It's nothing like the Upper Midwest. The terrain is lousy, the summer heat is unrelenting, and the lakes are skanky and overcrowded. If you can comfortably afford to live in either place, I'd pick the Front Range in a landslide. We're light on water stuff, but the breadth of outdoor activities will overcome that.

Yeh...that's y im more interested in CO. Been there a couple of times, and luv it there. But hubby wants to go to Dallas....so now we r dicussing and looking.
