Default Larkspur - Looking for Info on Perry Park
Where can I find more information on Perry Park? I found a homeowner's association for Perry Park East, consisting only of filings 1 and 2. Does that mean the other filings do not have homeowner's associations?

What about the lots that do not have paved roads or utilities yet? When the time comes to put those items in, the lot owners will be paying for that because they will benefit from it right?
