Thanks, I'm not so patiently awaiting 400 cfs.
Lower put in, as in immediately below Rigor M?

Exactly. A few hundred yard below the put in there was a massive cottonwood that had fallen and was creating a river wide strainer. It took 5 of us about 4 hours to pull out.

Should be close to 400 any day. 298 this morning.

Just got my first run of the season on Lower Clear Creek.
Saw your tree removal just below Rigor. Good work. Thanks.

Run is pretty clean down to just below Tunnel One.
We did some flossing of the dam over the winter.

From Tunnel One to Golden Play Park there are numerous trees in the water.
They should not be much of a problem for experienced kayakers or catboaters, but I
see a real potential problem when the levels drop and the tubers and newbies come out.
I contacted both Golden & Jeffco Open Space departments, hopefully some cleaning will
happen before high water.

When you are up on Clear Creek look for a bright yellow 12' Sotar cat with lots of rocker for dropping
the nasty stuff.

Nice! I've been traveling so much I have been missing my crew. Did get an early Westwater trip in April. Need to get out this week.

Is late June or early July a good time to go rafting on the Colorado? I am thinking about taking a trip within the next few weeks and would love to go rafting on the Colorado River. Also can anyone recommend a good company to deal with that is priced reasonable? Thanks.

I NEED to go rafting over the next two weeks. But I can't find anyone to go with so I've been trying to find groups to tag along with online. Does anyone recommend any places that I could show up solo at to just join in on a group?

Check out Buffalo Joe's for Arkansas River rafting. I've hooked up with a a crew down there a few time in the past when I was alone, or had a couple of friends from out of state. Always had a good time.

Late June through Early August. If there is a early melt-off, by August the water levels can be pretty low.

Brown's Canyon should be a lot of fun, now.
