it all depends. I see a lot of health care want ads in the Montrose paper. So, I think you'd need to do a little research on specific towns once you get a few recommendations.

Thanks for your sugestions, I think the Montrose area would be a little small. Does anyone have any info on Horstooth Reservoir near Ft. Collins.

I would not attempt to seek health care employment in Ft. Collins. It is very competitive. There are some threads in the indices about this; look under nursing jobs (it will give you an idea, even if you aren't nurses). I think jazzlover is right about SLC, closer to the mtns and skiing. For Colorado for health care jobs, the best place is Denver, but there aren't many lakes. A few smallish reservoirs is all. Depends, I guess, on what kind of boating you have in mind.
