Affordable, quality marijuana in Boulder, Colorado

I just goggled this. The last time I knew what weed cost was 20 years ago when I was in college. A good 1/8 was $50 then. It looks like a great 1/8 is now $30 (plus tax). Im sure the house stuff doesn't suck and its $20 an 1/8th. Can't imagine why anyone would go to the black market. I'm sure it still exists, but if the business model is selling to buyers in state, I can't imagine there is much of a market. If you're planning to export to other states and risk that **** show, I'm sure there is money to be made, but you better be ready for big boy jail.

I used to know people who sold pot. Since it became legal, they all either went legit or got out altogether.

The ol "Google is your friend" bit, eh?

If that's the case then this entire discussion forum is pointless and we should all use Google.

No reason to Black Market unless you are poor.

Westcoastforme - the prices range greatly from dispensary to dispensary - for example, I've been looking at pricing for my upcoming trip to CO and found one place to sell flower @ $13.00 per gram, and another to sell flower @18.00+ a gram. Concentrates (such as shatter) ranging from $35 to $50. It depends largely on location, from what I see, towns like Manitou Springs has a much higher cost (no pun intended) than say Aurora. Since Manitou is near Colorado Springs (a town with a large population and NO Rec. dispensaries) and they only have 2 dispensaries, they can get a much higher (again-no pun intended) price than the shops in Denver.

Compare:
Premium Marijuana Dispensaries - Medical & Recreational Marijuana

Welcome to Maggie

if you look at the menus for their different locations you can see the pricing differences

Also Manitou is a tourist destination which commands higher prices, as well.

Retail Stores:
LOW
gram: $10
1/8=$25
1/4=$50
1/2=$75-80
1 oz= $150

These 'low' prices are typically the prices i saw before cannabis was legalized as well, from other people. You might see some 'inflation' from rec prices, on the black market, however.

Medium
gram= $15
1/8=$40
1/4=$75
1/2=$100
1oz=$175-200

High
gram $25
1/8=$60
1/4=$100
1/2=$175
1oz=$300

these are also the prices you would see in the more touristy areas in CO.
