LOL! What a mess! We do get the occasional cayman let loose in Washington Park pond or sighting of a large snake in a sewer because someones pet got too large for the house and they set it free in the city.

We visited there.
It's near Alamosa. It's a worthwhile tourist trap--oops, I mean side trip for anyone visiting the Great Sand Dunes national park.

Oh Great!! I am coming back to Colorado after being in Florida for 10 months AND, I keep telling everyone that the ONLY thing I haven't been bitten by here is..an alligator!! I haven't even seen one!

Guess where I'm not going when I return??HA!!

Yes it's true, I've been to the alligator farm in Alamosa. It's a pretty cool place. I ate alligator jerky there.

That video makes the Alligator Farm seem sorta inviting. The schools usually take kids on field trips there. Let me just say...I've been there one too many times.

I can't believe they let tourists get in the water and wrestle with a gator. One mistake and you might find yourself in a death roll.
