As the title states, where in Colorado do you shop for clothes? If you buy your clothes online, that's great but that is
NOT what this thread is about. And what kind of clothes do you shop for? Casual? Professional? Leisure? Etc. What season are your clothes for? And lastly, what age range are you buying for?
So, for example, I buy casual clothes from Old Navy, Kohls, JCPenney, Macy's, and Sears. They're in the early twenties age range. Also, they're an assortment of winter and summer clothes.
So, where do you shop and what kind of clothes do you buy?

Like jazzlover, I prefer mom and pop stores as IMO you get to know the staff better. They get to know not only you but your size, budget, and taste in casual as well as dress clothing. The people I dealt with knew my size down to the letter (I'm 6'7" and weigh 267 lbs) For umpteen years I was lucky with one chain where I live (western Colorado), which was Dahles Big and Tall. They were bought by a huge chain and promptly closed their store here.

The Vail Valley Thrifty Shop. Last week 3 pairs of capris, 1 pair of shorts with the tags still on, 1 pair of dress pants, 1 pair of yoga pants, 2 cashmere sweaters, 2 t-shirts, all brand names $38.42. We have some great consignment shops and thrift shops up here, no need to pay full price. For things like socks and basics I head over to Target in Glenwood, otherwise it's online.

We've been to the
Rockmount store on Wazee Street in Denver a few times, down in the LODO area. They are quite unique and make a lot of fancy western shirts like you'd see a flashy country music star wear. The old gent who started the store came here decades ago and worked every day until he died at age 107 in 2008. We talked to him every time we went in there, he was quite the gem.
I no longer buy many clothes, I've plenty of suits and hundreds of neckties in the closet that are left over from working days. I buy my Merrell walking shoes at TradeHome Shoes, otherwise I go to Dillards, Nordstrom, or to Shepler's for boots, jeans and western shirts.

Since I wear scrubs to work, I'm in a situation similar to Mike. Half my closet is scrubs, and I have "seasonal" scrubs in the closet in my DD's old bedroom. Most of those I get at Wal Mart (basic stuff), Crazy Scrubs (cute stuff) and online. I also make some of them.
