@NorthDenverGirl

Thanks... Some stuff has happened recently that made us feel the universe and Karma was conspiring against us as everything we were counting on half of it fell through. We have been trying for years and honestly I dont think this will happen without the leap of faith. We are really unhappy with the energy here..Its just not us. We've stayed to take advantge of the opportunties, but its just feel like we are stuck justfying sticking around.

My Manager was going to let me work remote but now hes looking to leave probably before I will move(in which case i defintiely be asked to cover his role by my org, and remote work would be off the table.)

So while we can live off savings for around a year until I find a job, in which case we would be good. Good thing is I can make 1/3rd of what I make now and we would go back green for having money to put away in savings. I think its worth it.

There should be plenty of IT Security work in COLO SPGS due to all the defense work done there, lots of it. The work requires a security clearance and if you already have one you have a strong leg up on the competition.

There is no shortage of IT work in the Boulder, Denver and COLO SPGS areas.
