I have friend's that are moving from Tennessee to Pueblo Colorado because of a job in the medical field. What would the cost of rent for a one bedroom one bath apartment and other costs like license plates, property taxes for a 1200 sq.ft house under 100,000 dollars, etc?

Thanks.

1BRs reportedly average $600-700 but may have gone up. And it depends on size, amenities, age, neighborhood and could be more or less. 30-40% of the houses were under 100k recently but I dunno right now. Learn about neighborhood safety and your friend should know how risk tolerant or sensitive they are. There is good, in between, bad and very bad I'm told. Read earlier threads and search for keyword crime. Property tax on a 100k house might around $750 / yr or maybe a little more.

License plates, see a recent thread addressing that topic. Car Inspection in Colorado?

No.
Our grandson’s stroller does not.
My bicycles do not.
My Scott’s fertilizer spreader does not.
My lawn mower does not.

P.S. Your question is not constructed properly,

Yes. Any street legal vehicle or trailer needs a plate.
