If you don't mind saying, how far out from the core of the 2 million metro did you go? It is 3 times bigger than Colorado Springs... but not a similar problem? Do you use the core much or stay outside it with few exceptions? If stay out of it, why be near? Just casual curious how you are processing it.

i know the further east you go, the cheaper it is, esp south east. However, there is a place called Guffey and its a super small town and I would consider it rural. I swear I would move there if my job didnt make me come in
