Julesburg Colorado
Hello everyone! Im am brand new here and looking for a little help.
I was brought up in the Farming community as a child and had the chance to visit Julesburg and Ovid a month ago. I am really looking hard for a 40-60 acre parcle with some river bottom land in this area to start farming and retire in this area. Is there anyone that has a connection or knows a agent that can find parcles in this area. I looked at a 54 acre parcle while in Julesburg that was for sale for $20,000.00 40+ acres were farm field and the rest was North Platte River Bottom. Any help would be Great..  Thanks in advance for the help.
