Just saw it a few days ago and had to laugh.

I’ve lived in CO almost half my life, in two periods. I’ll always be a transplant, by definition. But transplants who dig in and stay DO become locals, also by definition. Maybe there will be (or already is) a third license plate: CO Local. I’m not going to put any of those on my vehicle, though.

I donít carry a camera around with me. The sticker is exactly like the Native ones except that the word Transplant substitutes for Native.

I'd prefer one with "Transient" or "Conscript" for those of us looking to get some experience in the area and then bounce after a few years.
