Call for Action: Realtor cleans house that once tested positive for meth

This video shows how a RE investor can flip a meth house. It also should be a warning about what can happen if a Landlord does an inadequate screening job.

The video also includes a meth house location link: https://cspd.coloradosprings.gov/con...ab-information

Furthermore, once a meth house is certified clean, the seller is under no obligation to disclose its past history.

I'll bet the story is similar in cleaning up a house where illegal marijuana was grown.

As always, buyers should be sceptical, prudent, and hire a competent certified home inspector to uncover facts and condition prior to sale.

I can't believe you actually think that. Did you really say that out loud?

Regardless, I'll take that bet, lol.

Would such houses, marijuana or meth be any worse than other nastiness I can think of?

Too bad that list of houses isn’t on a map.

Meth for sure. Toxic chemicals involved in the process that are a major environmental hazard.

What I’ve heard from pot houses mostly has to do with mold from the moisture. Can also be a nightmare to clean up but certainly not present in all pot grows whereas the meth chemicals are always there. Very bad stuff.
