While I luv Estes Park (home) and it is ez, romantic, fun, and close to DEN....

Glenwood Springs, Maroon Belles, Aspen make a very sweet getaway.

3 days minimum

Colorado is tops for biking. Look on web for fantastic routes.
ID, WA, OR, BC for kayak

other options.... for summer fun and adventure.

northern NM Taos / Angel Fire.... (go during Balloon Fiesta)

Sandpoint ID

Durango, CO

Moab, UT

Las Vegas (Red rock Canyon, and Valley of Fire + Zion, Bryce, Capital Reef)

Jackson WY (tho I like Snowy Range also)

Big Sky, MT

Black Hills, SD

Mt Rainier, and St Helens, WA

Hood River or Bend, OR

Flagstaff, AZ

Reno / Tahoe

Vancouver And Victoria BC

Banff and Jasper AB

Nova Scotia and Greenland = Really nice in summmer

North Conway, NH

And of course.... San Francisco (very good exercise, history, fun, good weather, nearby hiking, and crazy too!)

Been doing SF and San Diego a few times per yr for 40 romantic yrs, as well as Estes Park and Glenwood as often as possible.

Many Winter adventure / romantic weekends are plentiful within a few miles of our TX Hill County Home.

When you get the chance.... take a few winter USA months and head to NZ, long beautiful days....beach or mtns (in the same day)

Consider a ‘hot springs’ trek (most of mtn states)

Travel often!
Work to earn more travel
Get a job that pays you to travel.

Enjoy your youth,!

Be adventurous.
Consider some backcountry trips staying in fire lookout stations.
Go bike / kayak camping on some islands
