Generally, probably not, but it can and does happen especially higher up. So be prepared. We had a Spring blizzard last year on May 18th. I have also been camping in Rocky Mountain NP in late May and woke up to snow on the tent.

Snow = More time in the hot tub..., or snuggled by the fire

Snow is possible in May, but quite unlikely.
If a light snow...it will be melted by noon.

Our Colorado HM was first week in May.
No snow, shirt-sleeve hiking in RMNP.
Cool enough at night for a crackling fire.
Warm enough to keep the window open at night to listen to the rippling brook.

Yup, I was going to make the same comment.

Bottom line is that Colorado weather is unpredictable, especially in the mountains. Have some flexibility. Be willing to turn around on a hike or a bike ride if the weather deteriorates.
