Honestly, it is getting to the point that for weeks now, my mailbox has been jammed with these flyers -- I only pick my mail up once a week -- and it is a rare day lately that I don't find one of those flyers attached to my front door. It makes me very angry to think how much money and how many trees have been wasted on these things! Also, if they throw money away like this, I don't think it speaks very well as far as how budget-conscious they are.

I think Jared Polis and Christine Jensen (in my area) are the worst, and although I have not decided for whom I'm voting, if I do vote for either of them, I will do so grudgingly.

Whatever happened to the Democrats being the liberal party and so concerned for the environment?!

(I am Unaffiliated, btw.)

The sooner you vote, the sooner it will stop. But reaching out to voters is important, even if some people consider it "throwing money away." Concern for the environment also includes getting voters to elect people who will pass laws to protect the environment instead of those who deny climate change exists.

I haven't gotten any. The key is to register with a party - you tend to stop getting them. I went back to independent recently so probably will get them next time around.

I get 5+/day. Most of them seem to be for the Brittany Peterson race. Good thing there's a recycling bin right by the mailboxes in my building. They go right in.

At least I have nomorobo on my phone, so all I get is one ring and then they grab the calls and kill them.

I have seen very few.
I only watch 1 hour of TV a day. And, I mute ALL commercials.
I trash all unsolicited mail automatically.

Interesting, where I live, I get anti-Polis mail maybe every single day. It will stop in a few weeks.

I mute the TV ads now too- especially the one where everyone in the car is smiling when they see California and Texas license plates while sitting in a traffic jam.

Makes me want to throw a brick at the TV!

I don't care much about the junk mail. That's why we have a bin.

But the junk phone calls from robots does bug me. I have had the same telephone number for 41 years so I'm sure that it makes a lot of lists.

I never answer the phone unless I'm sure of the caller.

I use Xfinity for my phone because whenever it rings, the number flashes on the TV screen as well as the phone screens - if I don't know the number, I don't answer - cuts down on the hassle from the junk calls a bit. They also have a service that helps block a lot of calls in the first place.

The tv ads are just stupid and will get worse like always. Junk mail I throw away.
