There is Colorado Christian College. I don't know what their affiliation is.

I recommend this place - it is in a great location and has very good teaching + international students, and very mission centric.
Ravencrest Chalet - Bible School and Conference Center

it's one of the 25+ international Bible Schools of Torchbearer's
Capernwray Missionary Fellowship of Torchbearers

You can get some credits from this program to transfer to a university or bible college.

There are other choices in the Rocky Mtns, but maybe you would want to try moving to the PNW after 1-2 years for completion of studies + another new adventure. There are several good schools there too. One of the more mission focused is Multnomah Bible College and Biblical Seminary , just a few minutes from the scenery and recreation of the Columbia Gorge (Wind surfing, hiking and skiing). And 15 min from a pretty well served airport for those $40 flights to San Francisco / or $79 to LA for 'sun breaks'

Beautiful beach 1 hr west. Good place for Bible school also Ecola Bible School

(I've done 25 yrs in CO and 25 yrs in PNW, next 25-50 ???? currently looking, maybe WY or international destination)
