Oooh! That's a tough one. I'd have to decide between New England, Oregon or New Orleans. I would miss the mountains dreadfully and I hate the thought of 8-month long winters but I've no idea what the job market in Oregon is like or the lifestyle. I love the thought of having mountains and the ocean readily available tho.

Oregon, Twin Cities, Seattle. Somewhere where there's a larger and more diverse "culture base," and less deserty.

My husband and I are moving out too. However, Pagosa Springs is still in the running. Enjoyed the 9 years of living in Frisco but time to move on. I would love to move to Maine but my husband wants to stay West so we are looking into Idaho and Montana. Good luck!
