I think they only issue an address once a house is built - anyone tried to get deliveries to a PO box / post office location ?

Would any other deliveries work ? For example homedepot ?

It is going to work like it does anywhere in the U.S. You can have most things delivered to a PO box. I lived in the Arctic in Alaska, in a village of 250 people that was fly-in only. Amazon orders arrived at my PO box. You can pretty much get Amazon anywhere you live in the US if you have an address or PO box.

Del Norte is on the west side of the Valley, Blanca is on the east side, but I'd figure this is all running through Alamosa anyway, which is in the middle.
