We are thinking about moving to Colorado Springs. I have a job offer and we’d be close to Colorado Childrens, which has a super comprehensive pediatric neurology program. The problem is that, here in Oklahoma, my daughter’s college is completely paid for by a program called the Oklahoma Promise. It’s a Promise program that pays for her bachelors degree as long as she attends college in-state. The qualifications are that we, as a family, make less than $55,000 a year upon application. We can’t seem to find a similar program in Colorado. If any Coloradians know of a similar program, I’d love to hear about it!

Our closest thing to that is located in Wyoming.

You probably can qualify for excellent need based aid at the right school. It's probably not a Colorado Public school though. It'll require a lot of time on your part, but go to college's website and fill in their financial aid calculator, and be sure that the aid is not loans.

Why can't your daughter just continue to attend college in OK? Do you have a relative in OK she can use for their address?
