I have the Keystone/A Basin Pass and usually ski Keystone (I have a condo at River Run.) Now that Keystone is closed, they added Breck for late season skiing.

In past years, I've skied A Basin late season, but unlike some, I'm not thrilled with the place - short runs, muddy parking lot, etc. I haven't skied Breck in over 20 years. I would park at Keystone, pick up my gear there, and take the shuttle bus to Breck.

Thoughts?

A-Basin hands-down.

Much better area any time of the year (!).

Agreed. ABasin, short runs? Compared to Breckenridge?

I've never heard that one. Always thought A Basin was more likely to have nice powder way up near the top late into the season moreso than places of that area. Breckenridge? Not sure what the ski-able elevation is there's. Over 13,000 ft? Maybe close, but A Basin is way up there.
