I know what you mean. Pueblo sits in the Banana Belt, so we usually get a inch or two of snow and the suburbs and surrounding cities get like a foot of snow. I can tell I was sooo mad as a kid when I would go to bed with a winter storm warning then wake up to a flurie and the suburbs schools were closed!

It was pretty ok. I spent most of the time installing an epoxy floor at Alpine... as in stereos.
