OK, now I'm waiting for the "100 Reasons that dogs are better than women" posts to start. My favorite, "Dogs don't have to 'examine the relationship.'"
Or, the Q & A:
Q: Why do women live longer than men?
A: Because they don't have to live with women.
OK, that ought to get a real good gender flame-war going . . . Also, probably why I'm a crusty bachelor . . .

I am not a auto fanatic and recommend if you do not need a car, or an option, in a car, then do not buy it. However, I believe, that if you are a big mountain explorer then a 4-wheel may be required in many situation. In the city, I think these big hulking gas guzzling 4-wheel do not make much sense--because very rarely are you going to need it, in severe weather. Again, this is predicated on your need--if you absolutely need to go out in all weather--then maybe it is the way to go.
Maybe the best way is to have the big hulker for the when you need it and a smaller fuel efficient car, for trips around town, when you do not. It seems to me with today's gas prices--that is the way to go.
In the mountains, sometimes I cannot understand how people park a very expensive car a hidden trail head. Years ago, I had two cars, a clunker that worked but looked terrible and a more expensive car. The clunker I took to the trail head, which were near and accessible by the clunker, and I knew, it would have less of a chance to get stolen.
Yea, that clunker was good at those neighborhoods at night. that I parked while I was clubbing, but the girls did not like it when I used it to pick them up--ya know they are all into status. Today, you should see their reactions when I say, we are going by bus, and they will have to walk.
Now I have nothing but an old clunker; I want nothing more. I have not used it since last Thursday, as I have been everywhere by bus and where I have been able to walk.
Well, maybe I will take it out for a little exercise and suck up some that expensive gas--who knows maybe this month, I can use more than the 6 gallons, I used last month.

If I comment on [Mod Cut], it will be an infraction and subject to [Mod Cut] . So, I will leave it to the Moderator to comment on the [Mod Cut]. There's 3--somebody else will have to suggest the other 97.

Yes, I remember that.
I used to live in Boulder and then Loveland. I also remember when John Elway FIRST joined the Broncos and how many times he was boo-ed. I noticed a huge change in Elway's playing when Dan Reeves left and Mike Shanahan took over.
Lots of memories of Denver!

There once was a man from Nantucket
With a [mod-cut] [mod-cut] [mod-cut] [mod-cut] [mod-cut]
He pulled out his [mod-cut] [mod-cut] [mod-cut]
And he [mod-cut] [mod-cut] [mod-cut] [mod-cut] like a dog
