If it is really that difficult or impossible for you to answer a question about the area you live in it might be a sign of being clueless.

Hopefully the people I encounter when I move to Co Springs will not be the type I have see in this thread. Or at least maybe you will all be having better days then and be nicer.

Why can't everyone just get along. I thought City Data was started to help people find out more about certain places. So people could help people and discuss their communities. I must have been mistaken.
Well, this has been one of the wilder threads. But like I've said before, it's been fun. Why can't we make fun of burnt out repetitive posts on here if we confine it to one spot and don't attack any specific persons? It's about principles, not personalities. Why not just let us have our fun?

If you don't want to partake in the thread, you don't have to. But evidently, curiosity killed the cat. If some want to come in here and slam us for being immature, negative, hateful, hate-festive, etc. then that's your perogative. But I disagree with you because it's been nice to come in here and aire our pet peeves about posters' threads in general; not just one's that we see in here way too frequently in the Colorado threads, but one's that other states are probably tired of as well.

We are helpful to people who come on here and ask questions. Why wouldn't we be? It's fun to do when a specific poster has experience on the topic. One poster comes in here and responds to the OP about: What's your line of work? What's your price range? Do you have a job lined up? What kind of commute are you willing to endure? Do you need to live near schools for your children? etc. Huh Charles? Then MFBE is going to give you specific info related to his vast knowledge and experience and maybe direct you to a search function for additional info. Then Jazz is gonna give a geographical and history lesson. How could you say we don't want to help people? That's just false.

We ain't perfect. We toe and cross the line from time to time. It seems to me like this one's gotten rough lately, but I see two specific posters on here who are complaining. Prior to that, we've been doing just fine in here. If you read through some of the previous posts and don't take them personal, I'd bet someone could come away with an idea of what keeps City-Data the best forum on the planet.

"Should we move to CO, and if so where?"
Does it get any dumber than this?

Yes, it could be even dumber. In addition to the questions you raise, I could also ask:
When should I move?
