Default Moving to Colorado

We want to buy a house with trees, buildings, 3 bedrooms, a mature home that has been loved and needs people with cats to continue to love and cherish it. In the Pueblo area or close by.
Racoons on the property a triple plus.
My husband is from California and I am from North Dakota. Early Retired by not tired
Anyone have any ideas?

Default Racoons in Clorado City?

Thanks for the info. How friendly are the people in Colorado Springs and how are the home prices? Hope there are a lot of racoons, I love them, have some here, they are adorable.

Don't know about the raccoons. The city is great. The median home price is right around 225K. There are plenty of homes available for less and plenty for more.

The people are great. It is a western city so most people tend to be a bit independent but are perfectly nice. I've lived in the area for 7 years and I love it.
