Nor is it yours. This thread is filled with people who have double standards who really need to work on anger management.

You're right Brill. I've been stewin' over my rage last night and it doesn't feel good.

I sometimes have to clean house on this stuff. Last night I was driving home from work and I didn't speed or anything. It almost seems like we see or attract to us what we believe. If we're in a go go go mood then we're gonna attract drama.

As far as the Anger Management Classes, I've been sentenced to those twice now and both times, I got the A+. I was the star of the class. Really. I had a good attitude and was there to work on some issues.

But the class ended and they turned me loose. Now what? What I think I need is some advanced Senior level or Graduate Anger Management studies.

I'm so glad to get this stuff off my chest. Oh, and I quit chewing 8 days ago. I'm going nucking futs!

I've found a really simple and effective way not to speed. If I start out slow from my driveway, into my neighborhood streets and onto the highway, I continue to drive slow. If I speed away from my house then I drive fast all the way to where I am going. Sounds too simple but it really works. Good for your car too, less stress on a colder engine.
