quick sale of condo (Lakewood: real estate, broker, work)

My fathers health is becoming worse. He has a condo in Lakewood that must be sold as quickly as possible. He owns the condo clear and wishes to sell it as is. It does need some work but has some new features. We must complete the sale quickly to continue the private funding of his care as lonf as we can and to avoid any penalties that may take place for his future Medicaid/Medicare assistance.
