Commute from Golden to Evergreen, CO
Hi everyone, I was wondering, what is the daily commute like from Golden to Evergreen, CO? I am thinking traffic, road conditions in the fall/winter, etc. Thanks

My DH worked in Genessee (just east of Evergreen) for a few years. There were very few days he couldn't get to work b/c of snow.

But, Genessee is still near the "top" of the hill and Golden is at the bottom.........But, it all depends on where in Evergreen, Bergen Park for instance would be about 10 min closer than Downtown Evergreen or farther south

Yeah, as far as length of commute you are right. But as you say, Genessee is at the top, and DH had very few days where he couldn't make it in from Louisville, which entailed going to Golden first. Of course, he will drive in just about any kind of weather.

Oh, I think that I misread your post, I was thinking that he had a hard time getting from Evergreen to just Genesee, so I thought that if that was hard then Golden would be even harder, so disregard my previous post.

Hi everyone, thanks for your help. I'm sorry I didn't include enough details: from the Camp George area, Golden to Stagecoach Boulevard, Evergreen... It's not really the town itself, but it belongs to it... I hope this is more helpful.
