Yeah but when there's 50 available and probably 150 men competing for them, makes the chances slim.

Hey, a divorced friend of mine (late 50s) was living on the Western Slope and was sure he knew every woman in that radius, and they were all either really unattractive and/or "had issues" (like young kids, or recovering from meth, drunks, etc.). Lo and behold, he ran into a local woman who he'd known casually for decades, knew her and her family, and they hit it off and fell for each other and it's great.

That's cool. But for one of those stories, how many others are there without a happing ending.

honestly if a guy wants to maximizes his chances at finding someone, the best place is where there's lots of people, preferably a higher women-to-men ratio.
