I tried 'em once, and once was enough. Leutifisk? This redhaired, Lutheran, Norsewoman won't touch it! A few years ago, I heard it referred to as a cultural horror, and I wholeheartedly agree. I feel the same way about Haggis.

It's basically the Scottish form of sausage. Take a sheep's vital organs and mince them with oatmeal, onion, and spices. Stuff it in the stomach and boil it until cooked through.
