FWIW, it's hard to find housing there with the roughnecks that have moved there. It's a pretty small town but close enough to Grand Junction and Glenwood that if you need more than just basic groceries and such, you can make the trip to either.
It's a nice little town though. But might be really hard to find a place to live.
Good luck on going through those links...you may want to narrow your scope on this post though and ask specifics. It's really an open question that can't be answered all that well. Also, do a search on the forum, there are some posts on Rifle around here.
