Ski Instructor Needs Housing In Vail, Eagle Vail, Avon/BC Area (house, bus)

First Id like to say hello. Ive been trolling here for a couple months and finely registered, so hello.
Ive done search for this but find nothing that works for me.

I'm moving to Beaver Creek for the winter. I'm a 44 yr old Male ski instructor.
I'm looking for a room in a house with a nice group of cool people that like to have a good time but not the falling down drunk party all night seen.
I'm a clean person, down to earth easy going guy who can get along with just about anyone. I love pets, I cook, clean or whatever to keep a nice place nice. My Budget is $650.00 give or take. I will not have a car and need to be on one of the bus routes.

Anyone with a place or want to team up to look please let me know ASAP I'll be arriving 10/7/08
