Default On the news last night

Reported from the Denver area, that in ONE day, over 1,500 sales in guns.
My pistols are mainly for my "personal protection of body and property".

I was attacked and called an "idiot" in another CD thread. (now closed)

I won't "out" that ignorant poster from Bend Oregon , all I can say is...

Guns don't kill people, abortions kill people.

"They" can have my guns when they pry them from my cold dead body.

Peace out guys.

I agree.

If some agency comes to confiscate my legally owned guns, they can have them: Lead first.

If guns kill people, then I can blame misspelled words on my keyboard.

EricHarris, et al....

My apologies.

I should of said: My guns have killed less people than Ted Kennedy's car.

Ted Kennedy's car didn't kill people...the DRIVER of Ted Kennedy's...oh...nevermind.

Personal responsibility is critically important, but playing semantics really isn't useful. We all know the gun is just the tool, but it is a tool designed to kill.

Not a big fan of them myself. That said, I am a fan of our constitution, and of our western culture. Colorado without responsible gun ownership would lose something of it's frontier history.

Hopefully the original poster got their question sufficiently answered.

That's what I told the detective in my interview a few years ago for my CCW, and it was well-received.

They didn't interview me at all, I just submitted the forms and money, and left my fingerprints and picture.

I had to go through a more rigid process, before the current process was in place...this was back in '02
