Church Recommendation
Hello,
I'm new to CO and I'm "shopping" for a church to call home. I'm interested in a non-demontional Christian church. A church with good music and good sermons and a variety of ministries to participate in. I'm willing to drive about 30 to 45 minutes for a REALLY good church.
I live in the Lone Tree/Englewood.
Thanks!

You might want to read Dr Richard Dawkins' book "The God Delusion" and then decide whether or not you want to look for a church...

I know this is an open forum and everyone is entitled to their opinion. But if you do not have any recommendations for a church to my liking.
I respectfully ask that you keep your opinions to yourself. Thanks!

Sadly, some think God is a delusion...but I know God is real and
that He created me....just think of it this way...IF you are right
and I am wrong....I will just pass away someday and that will
be that...If I am right and you are wrong...well, you know what
will happen to you...why take unnecessary chances...
I hope that you find a nice church Andromeda...

Beautifully done! And reps to you! I don't live in the Denver area anymore, but I know there are plenty of non-denominational churches in your area. I used to go to this place, I think it was called Gables Church at about Wadsworth and just south of Hampden Ave; specifically at the 8:00am service.
But like I say, it's been years.
Oh, I heard that athiests really don't exist because God doesn't believe in them.

You are fortunate to live in Colorado, becasue Colorado has some of the greatest churches on the planet. My favorite churches are the ones that God created directly without going thru the hands of man. Colorado has many of these places...majestic mountain settings where you can listen to the music of the wind whistling thru the trees, and listen to the sermon of a gurgling brook. No mind of mind twisting the meaning of these words. This is direct communion with God in the deepest sense. No middle man or woman required.

I know you said non-denominational, which is what I prefer in a church as well. But Westminster Church of the Nazarene has an incredible pastor.

That was funny!! Oh, we exist trust me! I just simply don't believe in magic. I am however, a large fan of churches, all denominations. Go figure.

For some natural hellfire, take a walk in the Grand Junction desert on a hot day in July around 3 in the afternoon. You'll get some real damnation too, as in...damn, it sure is hot! I must be pretty damn stupid for doing this!
