Lots of Questions for Colorado (Pueblo, Boulder: school district, price, airport)

We're finally ready to make the dream move to Colorado and have dozens of questions for finding the right location. We would love help in narrowing our search:

Do you know where there is a public school that offers violin instruction for elementary students?
Is there an airport in Colorado that has thriving flight instruction and needs a CFI? (Do they instruct in helicopters too?)
Looking for housing in the 150's price range. (Don't mind a 30 minute commute.)
Is there an area that could benefit from an outstanding and honest garage door installer business?

You might try looking at Doss Aviation's IFS program at Pueblo Muni...they're a USAF contract flight training operation and are much more likely to be a stable employer than any FBO in this economy.
