Pueblo may be a candidate for a foundry!!!!!
This was in the Pueblo Chieftain, the states oldest newspaper.
Once the tower facility is running, Vesta's may have another operation on its way to Pueblo.
Iverson could not make any guarantees, but suggested that Pueblo may be a candidate for a foundry here.
The final decision will depend on a number of issues and the company still is looking at the entire United States for an appropriate location.
"Pueblo has been a baby for me and I will do my best to get it down here," Iverson said. "I think Pueblo has a good chance."
This is how big the current plant will be they are building:
The main facility is the size of six football fields and eventually will have 56 overhead cranes, some criss-crossing each other, to bring materials into place for the towers, Culkin said.

Solar company eyes Pueblo
This was in today's Pueblo Chieftain, the states oldest paper:
"Land east of Pueblo could become home to one the nation's largest solar power fields.
Helios Energy Partners, a consortium of firms seeking to build a 200- to 300-megawatt solar plant, met with Pueblo County commissioners this week about the estimated $900 million project."

Pueblo Sustainable New Energy Communities Initiative - $1,000,000
Partners: City and County of Pueblo, Combined Court - 10th Judicial District, Pueblo Urban Renewal Authority and the Pueblo Downtown Merchants Association
Projects include use of performance contracting, installation of energy efficient equipment in the proposed regional Development Center and County Judicial Complex in downtown Pueblo, development of a public education demonstration component, replacement of 288 pedestrian signal heads with LED devices, and adoption of sustainability updates to the Pueblo Municipal Code and the Downtown Framework Plan.
