Default Wanting to move to Colorado....

Me, my girlfriend, my brother, one friend, and mabye one or two more friends have decided we want to move to Colorado so that makes 5 or 6 total people. We are from Georgia and are all in out late 20's and all out of high school. The only one going to college is my girlfriend. We really can't actually move for another 3-5 years, but im a planner and I figure if we research and find out as much as we can before we move it will prepare us. We want to live near the slopes particuallry in Summit County because theres more than just one slope close by. Yes I know that is one of the more expensive places to live but thats really where we would like to live. Instead of renting a house or apartment we would rather buy a house or some land and build a house. We don't want anything special by any means just a place to sleep and live but we don't want a place thats falling in either. We will all get jobs, even though we have no idea where or doing what. Were just trying to figure as much out as we can before we go and plan as much as we can. We will have some money to start off with, anywhere from 75,000-125,000 to put some money down for a house or either land then build a house. Bascially if anyone has any info or any advice to help us please please please do, we will apperciate anything. And as far as where at in Summit, basically the cheapest area I guess, I've seen people saying Dillon and Silverthorne at the cheapest. We would like to be atleast 25mins from Copper, then other slopes 30-45mins. Thanks alot for any info thank you so much.
