Isn't Alamosa a different county from El Paso where Colorado Springs in located?

From my understanding it ranges from $11 to $25 per foot depending on the type of pipe that has to be used. Some areas in the valley are too sandy and requires steel "core" to be used which costs more. The area around the town of Alamosa can hit water in under 30 feet in some cases. Can't have basements around here because the water table is so close to the ground.

The Blanca / Fort Garland area is a different story I wont go into right now, but know the valley varies greatly on water.
