Default South Fork Alpine Village Problems
Real estate agents are advertising lots in this subdivision for sale to put homes on however city code now requires a 4 lot minimum to have get a permit for a well and septic. In addition to the possibility of people buying an unbuildable lot the county is not funded enough to maintain the roads and many have difficulty even getting out of their driveways during the winter. Buyer Beware... check with the city before you buy property.
