I am moving my family to Durango or bayfield, maybe pagosa. What can you tell me about jobs, rentals and the the like.

My daughter wants to go to fort lewis college

You may want to ask this on the main Colorado board as very few people who live in Fort Collins have spent any significant time in the Durango & Bayfield area.
