Northglenn, as well as a lot of the other Burb's around Denver are still growing. People are upgrading from thier older home into a newer home, moving in every which direction, transfering jobs etc.. I think in the next few months the inventory will decline somewhat. But in my expierence, in Denver it seems to be very neighborhood specific. You will have areas where there are vary few homes for sale, and others for one reason or another, you will have many.
Northglenn is an older community, and has seen some recient new growth, but there are some very nice areas up there.
